Mission:

The Investor Relations team plays a crucial role in communicating the companys performance to the investment community and maintaining strong relationships with investors and equity analysts.

The Investor Relations analyst will be a key pillar in the team helping to articulate the Fluidra story and prepare thorough financial analysis in preparation for communication with the investment community.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting

• Analysis of the companys performance market and business trends
• Preparation of quarterly financial reporting materials including results presentations and other related materials
• Contribution to the Annual Integrated Report
• Staying abreast of regulatory requirements for financial reporting and disclosure to ensure compliance
• Preparation of other investor relations presentations for investor conferences investor days etc.

Market and competitive analysis:

• Prepare and present regular and adhoc reports on the companys financial and share price performance industry benchmarks investor perceptions and market trends
• Conduct research on industry peers and competitors to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement

Communication with analysts:

• Digest and review equity research on Fluidra and the wider sector
• Support managing analyst consensus
• Address inquiries and requests from investors and analysts promptly and professionally

Investor Meetings and Events:

• Assist in the planning and execution of investor relations events including annual meetings and keeping record of meetings
• Participate in investor meetings conferences and roadshows
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging

Other

• Support managing the Shareholder and Investor section of the website

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field; Masters degree or CFA designation is a plus.

• Proven experience 34 years in investor relations M&A advisory investment banking or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial markets accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Detailoriented and highly analytical.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
