Overview:

The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our Partners. They are responsible for building strong relationships with Vendors understanding their needs and maximizing the value they derive from our services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze vendor performance.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for vendors to work on daily basis .
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer success initiatives.
  • Track and report on key account metrics and customer health indicators.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver product training and best practices to partners.
  • Lead and manage vendor success projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in vendor development feedback sessions based on client insights.
  • Contribute to the development of vendor success processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer success best practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing or client relationship role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and achieve retention goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features and benefits.
  • Experience in project management and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of CRM software and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Certification in Customer Success or related field is a plus.
