This is a fulltime onsite role for an Opening for a Branch ManagerAgencyLife Insurance.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing agency life insurance operations. Your daytoday tasks will include managing a team setting sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of Branch Operation Plans with specific focus towards product availability distribution and activity management;
- Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the Agency business facilitate for PLI products
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation.
- Streamlining and development of processes to ensure smooth management
- Optimize cost across your business
- Ensure service excellence through effective use of different training modules and selling skills program.
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience 56 in branch management or agency operations in the life insurance industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Customerfocused attitude and ability to build strong relationships
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
