Site Reliability Engineer

Position Lead SRE
Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: Longterm Contract

• Over a decade of experience in either eCommerce business systems or Supply Chain Warehouse Management and Transportation.
• At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps roles.
• Minimum of 5 years working with Scrum Agile methodology.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions that are easily maintainable understandable and diagnosable.
• Proficiency in writing clear and accessible documentation.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading highperformance teams.
• Extensive experience managing customerfacing systems in a high uptime 24/7 environment.
• Expertise in analyzing complex issues across distributed largescale customerfacing systems including applications databases networks and operating systems.
• Handson experience with system configuration management using automation tools such as Puppet Chef Ansible or Salt.
• Advanced proficiency in programming and/or scripting languages such as Python Java and bash.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools processes and culture.
• Highlevel technical understanding including development methodologies and phases.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills to interact with representatives from Technology and Business Partners.
