- Lead the business development efforts targeting agencies and direct brands in the immersive event brand activation and VIP event industries.
- Take ownership of the sales team driving them towards achieving revenue targets and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Bring in new business opportunities and close existing deals leveraging your experience and network within the industry.
- Generate event enquiries and effectively match them with products from our portfolio or offmarket properties to meet client needs.
- Dedicate 8090% of your time to actively generating new requirements through cold calls cold emails and utilizing a strong database.
- Transition into enquiry management and account management for repeat business ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the event industry specifically in immersive events brand activations and VIP events.
- Extensive experience working with agencies and direct brands demonstrating strong relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team driving them towards achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in cold calling cold emailing and effectively utilizing a database to generate leads and opportunities.
- Selfdriven and resultsoriented with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
