Service Manager

Your responsibilities

• Cultivate enduring client relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Manage incoming claims and provide technical solutions aligned with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the Service departments daytoday operations and warranty responsibilities.
• Supervise external service providers and plan resources efficiently.
• Drive revenue growth through service offerings and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting processes and navigate complex technical cases.
• Develop the Service Department budget and strive to achieve set goals.

Our requirements

• MSC or Bachelors in mechanical/technological studies.
• 10 years of technical experience preferably in water/wastewater.
• 3 years of managerial experience.
• Multicultural awareness and international experience preferred.
• Fluent in Polish and English additional languages a plus.
• Ability to read drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
