BACKGROUND
Our project aims to investigate the benefits of incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into medical encounters. MCE is actively looking Physicians Physicians Assistants Nurse Practitioners Medical Residents and Medical Students who manage Primary Care.

Audience: Physicians Physician Assistants and Nurse PractitionersResidents in adult primary care fields and medical students with prior primary care rotations.

Date: ThursdayApril 11th
Time:2 sessions per day: 9am 12pm 1pm4pm
Hosting Facility: Downtown Sacramento

INCENTIVE:

• $450 for licensed medical professionals for 3 hours (120 minutes min audio)
• $350 for residents and medical students for 3 hours (120 minutes min audio)
• $50 for 1 hr of recorded hour ofaudio assimulated patient ( 60 minutes audiomin can record up to 120min max for $100)

Duration

3 hours 1 session max time allowed for Providers

Scenario

Medical providers will engage in a simulated setting with 12 rotating patients. Each provider has a 10minute verbalonly consultation. (chief complaint format) with 5 other healthcare professionals.

ScenarioBased Discussion: Patient actors will present you with a brief medical scenario to discuss. This will help you understand and recommend a treatment plan/advice.

Verbalized Examination: You will ask patient actors questions about the scenario verbally simulating a physical exam without physical contact.

Multiple Providers: You will meet with twelve or more patient actors each for a 10minute session.

Audio Recording: Only audio recordings will be taken during these sessions to capture the conversation.

WHO:

i. Physicians Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

ii. Residents in adult primary healthcare fields and medical students with prior primary care rotations
