We have an urgent requirement for CRM Dynamics

Role: CRM Dynamics Developer W2 only
Location: Charlotte NC
Position: Hybrid
Duration: 10 months
Visa: No H1 and OPT

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics CRM.
• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities forms views workflows and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Develop custom plugins workflows actions and integrations using .NET/C# to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM.
• Create and manage web resources such as HTML JavaScript and CSS to enhance the user experience within Dynamics CRM.
• Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into Dynamics CRM ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications such as ERP systems marketing automation tools and external databases using RESTful APIs SOAP and Azure services.
• Conduct unit testing integration testing and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of customizations and integrations.
• Document technical specifications design documents configuration changes and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training to endusers and support staff on how to use Dynamics CRM effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Implement security roles permissions and access controls within Dynamics CRM to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Dynamics CRM configurations customizations and integrations for better performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers business analysts and other developers to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
• Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with other developers.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by users in a timely manner.

Additional:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and its customization capabilities.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# development JavaScript HTML CSS and web services.
• Experience with data migration integration and performance optimization within Dynamics CRM.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification(s) preferred.
