Job Description

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. If you are excited to be part of a winning team TjDeeD Technology is a great place to grow your career.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio all over GCC in order to achieve sales target.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales management or other relevant experience for more than 5 years.
  • Experience in GCC specially (KSA and Qatar)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions for enterprises.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Mainly English and Arabic)
  • Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Understanding of ITSM Digital Transformation IT Automation and Security systems
  • Experience in selling Security Solutions along with AI RPA etc.
  • Preferred to have good knowledge in AI Blockchain services and RPA
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Experience in using CRMs and Service Management systems.
  • Location: Jordan

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build longterm relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email phone online presentations screenshare and inperson meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (Pipeline and Won deals).
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis.
  • To onboard and integrate new clients.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Invoicing and payments collection
