work on programming language like Java ( version 8 or higher) to map the functional requirements to technical solution

help in the cloud migration of CRM crew working knowledge of docker/Azure ecosystem Terraform Help charts etc.

monitor and performance tune your solution using tools like JVisual VM Jconsole etc.

work with Architects and other Leads to ensure solutions are fit for purpose

coordinate with the technical team on the design and testing of solutions and find ways to better your own design

Your team

Youll be working within the CRM team responsible for delivering customer Management capabilities for the IB providing new technology best in class solutions

Your expertise

• ideally 3 years of experience in a scrum delivery model within the financial sector
• good understanding of any one OOP language like Java (or a functional programming language like python)
• technical experience with Jira SDLC
• firsthand experience in creating production grade software products
• working knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban)
• adaptable able to work across teams and functions
• passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
