WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Spearheading the establishment and maintenance of internal controls to facilitate precise and timely financial reporting.
- Optimizing and managing financial accounting planning and reporting systems for maximum efficiency.
- Overseeing purchasing functions to uphold operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Formulating executing and monitoring organizational policies and procedures.
- Supervising operations related to the General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Medical Billing.
- Diligently preparing and recording monthly journal entries and supporting financial transactions.
- Collaborating closely with the CFO to prepare comprehensive reports summarizing company business activity and financial position.
- Compiling annual budgets and vigilantly monitoring cash flows to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Analyzing financial information to support evaluations of prospective residents.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or a related field is a prerequisite; an MBA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of seven to ten years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles is essential.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial reports effectively.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets word processing and accounting software is mandatory.
- A solid grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
- Possess an inquisitive nature with a steadfast commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
