Utility Experience Core BASIS OS upgrade db upgrades patching Experience with Hyperscalers Azure/AWS/SAP HEC/RISE Experience in S/4 migration from ECC Experience working with ServiceNow implementation for incident mgt Experience sizing/strategizing HANA dbs Experience in S/4 basis activities/issues/resolutions Experience in BTP/migrating from PO to BTP Very good communication skills (candidate is always in meeting with leads and primary stakeholders)

Roles & Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops with customer to design and understand business requirements and collect relevant information needed to build customer specific solution. Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops conduct workshops and support facilitation of same. Provide advisory and assessment services to customers for their S/4HANA journey. Adapt preconfigured solution based on industry standards and conduct show & tell workshops with customers. Engage with business users during requirement analysis fitgap analysis and solution design. Coordinate with business users and product owners during solution acceptance with focus on integrated processes. Support and provide inputs for cutover migration testing training related strategies.
