Plan organize and execute endtoend logistics for creative marketing events including supersessions and workshops.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in developing event content agendas and marketing materials.
Managing marketing leads coming from creative marketing sources.
Manage event budgets and expenses ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns.
Assist in content creation social media management and other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Gsuite and familiarity with project management tools.
Creative mindset and a passion for marketing and events.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Previous experience in content creation social media management or graphic design is a plus.
