Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Preferred Industry experience Bank / NBFC handling sales in retail assets (unsecured)/ Merchant
- banking sourced through Direct Sourcing( Telecom(PostPaid) Credit Cards Direct Sales in Other
- segment)
- Desired experience Relevant experience of 24 years in any unsecured Loan Product (preferably
- Business Loans) with Direct Sourcing
Role:
- Understanding the product offering clearly
- Ability to explain the product to the merchants
- Good Experience into Cold Calling/Direct Sourcing
- Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
- Ability to handle sales calls independently
- Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
- Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
- To build a profitable portfolio.

- Strong customer focus
- Energetic and willing to work
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Good communication and people skills
Education qualification Any Graduate / 12th Pass
