Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect to join our team. As an AWS Architect you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing application architectures utilizing native AWS components. You will be responsible for providing handson technical leadership offering solutions recommendations and maintaining technical frameworks to ensure optimal performance and scalability of AWSbased applications.
Responsibilities:
- Define application architecture leveraging native AWS components.
- Provide handson technical leadership in architecting solutions and resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct general reviews of conceptual architectural models on AWS Services selected by the customer and AWS.
- Assist in defining deployment patterns on AWS Services including rehosting refactoring revising rebuilding and replacing strategies.
- Advise customers on AWS best practices for architecting solutions based on mutually agreedupon use cases.
- Lead and participate in multiple programs using Waterfall Agile and other models working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Implement classical Global delivery model practices providing guidance and support to development and technology teams in system design and application architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services features and best practices and incorporate them into architectural designs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in architecting solutions on AWS including proficiency in native AWS components and services.
- Strong handson experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda RDS DynamoDB etc.
- Proven track record in providing technical leadership and architectural guidance in complex projects.
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing principles patterns and best practices.
- Experience working with diverse deployment patterns and migration strategies on AWS.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience working in different program models.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global delivery model environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; AWS certification(s) preferred.
