Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations ensuring efficient and timely receipt storage and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff including training and performance management.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Inventory Management:

Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures.

Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

3. Order Fulfillment:

Coordinate the timely and accurate picking packing and shipping of customer orders.

Collaborate with other departments to meet customer delivery requirements.

4. Warehouse Organization:

Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.

Ensure proper storage and handling of goods considering safety and accessibility.

6. ERP Utilization:

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to optimize processes.

7. Problem Solving:

Identify and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelors degree preferably in business logistics or related field.

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.(3 5 years)

Strong Leadership.

Salary. : 18k 22k per month

Timing : 11:00AM 9:30PM

Week off. : Sunday
