Job Description

Are you a Nursery Manager or experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Nursery Manager in Harrogate Yorkshire.

Requirements

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents staff and external stakeholders. Manage daytoday operations including staffing scheduling budgeting and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Drive business growth and development through effective marketing recruitment and retention strategies.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Passionate about early years education and committed to providing the best possible care for children.
