About the Role
UI/UX designers contribute to the product development process by understanding user needs defining user flows creating wire frames and prototypes designing intuitive interfaces conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback.

About the Role
UI/UX designers contribute to the product development process by understanding user needs defining user flows creating wire frames and prototypes designing intuitive interfaces conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
Requirements
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Figma.
Understanding of usercentered design principles
Knowledge of interaction design and usability principles
Ability to create wireframes prototypes and mockups
Ability to create responsive designs for various devices
Creativity and innovation in design solutions
Strong visual design skills including typography color theory and layout
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Effective time management and collaboration with team members

Requirement - Bachelor's / Masters in any field is mandatory. Good Communication is must Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies. Basic knowledge about tools like MS excel, word , power point , google drive & LinkedIn
