Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and examinations
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as Xrays and MRI scans
• Developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Performing surgical procedures as per the standard protocols
• Providing pre and postoperative care and education to patients and their families
• Collaborating with other medical professionals including anesthesiologists and physical therapists
• Participating in medical rounds conferences and case reviews
• Keeping detailed and accurate patient records
• Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery

Required Qualifications:

• MS or DNB degree in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of internship and residency training in orthopedics
• Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon
• Excellent knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
