Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury PreLitigation department you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved.

As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury PreLitigation department you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved.
Daily Tasks:
- Open claims with insurance companies health insurance subrogation departments and MediCAL/CARE.
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers.
- Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Detailoriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle large volume of personal injury prelitigation cases.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- Compensation range based on experience $39520 $76960.
