Compensation Module:
3 to 5 years of experience is required
Experience in handling atleast 2 full EndtoEnd SuccessFactors Compensation cycle. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality Short Term incentive Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried Union/NonUnion employees under Collective Agreements SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD Reporting Analytics
Work with Launch forms route forms
