Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. As a HR & Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll maintaining accurate personnel records and providing administrative support to the HR department. This is a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in HR and payroll coordination preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of payroll processing software and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with employment laws regulations and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update employee records including personal information attendance leaves and benefits
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process including posting job ads screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks such as preparing reports organizing employee training programs and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and HR policies
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of HR and payroll processes
  • Support in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management
