job Description: HCM Technical Consultant
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background with handson experience in configuring and customizing HCM applications. The role involves collaborating with clients and functional consultants to deliver integrated HCM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customize and extend HCM applications to meet client requirements.
Develop interfaces and integrations between HCM modules and other systems.
Perform data migration and conversion activities as part of HCM implementation projects.
Provide technical expertise in areas such as Oracle HCM Cloud SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar platforms.
Collaborate with functional consultants to design and implement HCM solutions that address client needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
45 years of experience in HCM application development and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java JavaScript or SQL.
Experience with HCM APIs web services and middleware technologies.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
