1. Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
   
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role preferably in the showroom or retail industry.
   
3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
   
4. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
   
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
   
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
   
7. Selfmotivated goaloriented and resultsdriven individual.
   
8. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
   
9. Knowledge of interior design or home furnishing products (preferred but not required).
