Responsibilities:

• Provide PM/BA support for global payments project focusing on documenting regional payments activities.
• Analyze paymentrelated Operational Risk Events identifying gaps and solutions for resolution.
• Support Ops SMEs in determining business requirements and documenting key data elements for rulebased controls.
• Deliver business requirements testing plans and oversee testing and development of project artifacts.
• Manage project milestones tasks and actions ensuring timely execution to stakeholder expectations.
• Support and manage adhoc business queries and requirements.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders engaging in working groups and workshops.
• Identify and manage project risks exercising autonomy and judgment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and risk assessment in decisionmaking ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Mandatory Skills Required:

• 610 years experience in Financial Services/Investment Banking.
• Track record as a Business Analyst/Program Manager.
• Knowledge of Markets Operations and payments workflows.
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and lead UAT projects.
• Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Understanding of payments workflows and controls.
• Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects.
• Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
