We work across disciplines at any point in the project lifecycle from strategy to design to implementation to operations and maintenance.
Ensure the administrative management of our global operations of mobile lines in more than 60 countries (validity contracts registration);
Resolve issues and problems related to these lines in coordination with the concerned operators;
Track and resolve trouble incidents on our ticketing tool
Maintain the database relating to the administrative and technical aspects associated with the lines uptodate. This is not a telephone operator position.
A freshly graduated student with a university diploma;
Very good command of spoken and written English (a must);
Command of Arabic or any other language is a plus;
Experienced with the use of PC and internet;
Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.);
Solutionoriented way of working;
