Heres what youll do:

• Architect the future of the Gleeble: Youll be responsible for the software and embedded systems design of our DSI equipment with a specific focus on pushing the boundaries of the Gleebles capabilities and functionality.
• Lead the Innovation Charge: Identify new business opportunities foster strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth for DSI.
• Become a Technical Guru: Provide expert direction for junior engineers and the production team ensuring best practices are followed.
• Bridge the Gap: Liaise between customers production and service engineering departments managing ECOS and tickets based on their feedback.
• Champion Safety: Be an active participant in fostering a strong safety culture within the plant.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Salary range: $125K$160K annually with potential for growth

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Requirements :

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 58 years of relevant handson experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems schematics communication standards and embedded systems design
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to a strong safety culture
