Job Description
Are you a skilled Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact in your community
Join our team and provide exceptional medical care to geriatric patients in a nursing home located in Chicago Ridge IL.
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Managing patient care under the company and the facility s policies with the goal of minimizing hospitalizations.
- Documenting in the facilities EMR systems.
To qualify for this position:
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of Illinois
- Longterm care experience highly preferred
Schedule:
- Fulltime
- 5 days per week
- 8 hour shifts
Compensation:
- Great salary of $140000$160000 annually!
