Job Description

Function: Lead Generation and Qualification
location : Andheri(East) mumbai

Highlight the opportunity to develop proposals for innovative IoT solutions impacting
government and industry verticals.
Mention the role in conducting cost analysis and crafting technical proposals for
smart meters sensors and data analytics platforms.
Emphasize the collaborative work environment with engineers and BDRs to ensure
proposal success.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Utilize existing data daily organic leads and referrals to identify
potential customers. Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls and
emails building rapport and qualifying leads.
Lead Nurturing: Initial reachout to all leads for lead qualification and Engage
with qualified leads through followups and personalized communication.
Educate leads on products and solutions addressing their needs and
pain points. Schedule initial product demonstrations to showcase value
propositions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate CRM/ Excel records for
all leads and interactions. Provide insightful data analysis to support sales and
marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Representative
(BDR) to ensure smooth lead handoff and qualification. Share insights and
feedback with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation
strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (any field) or equivalent experience preferred.
23 years of experience in sales marketing or a related field (not mandatory
for fresh graduates).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build
relationships quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active
listening and persuasive language.
Proficient in Excel or CRM software and comfortable with data analysis tools.
A selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual with a strong work ethic
