Lead teams assist clients and understand the valuation of businesses for mergers and acquisitions restructuring and management planning. Manage client relationships and provide consultation on all aspects of valuation process. Understand manage and develop strategies to mitigate internal and external risks to maximize business results. Be a part of the management and direction of the MCC valuation department as the primary assistant to the valuation principal. Assist with managing training and developing staff. About YOU! Bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting or economics. CPA License or Valuation related credentials (ASA ABV CVA CFA) preferred. 5 years of business valuation related experience. Experience reviewing and preparing valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
