Job Description
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various Job portals.
- Should have experience in IT and NonIT Recruitment.
- Have handson experience with ATS.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via phone video and inperson).
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Location: WFO Mohali
