Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation in service offerings, business tools & processes, finding opportunities for differentiation and value creation to improve customer happiness and dedication.
- Responsible for the development and execution of strategic roadmap for service product management, encompassing the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery & Marketing to translate customer needs, portfolio gaps, market insights into innovative service solutions and service product improvements.
