Job Description
SHIFTS:
7 14 shifts per month
7p 7 a
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run codes and RRTs not very busy maybe 1 code per week
Average 6 admissions per shift
APP available until 11 pm
Open ICU 8 bed ICU with average census of 3 to 4 patients
Prefer physicians who can do central lines and A lines but not required
ICU intensivist available by phone if needed
No procedures required
Surgical PAs available for procedures and to place lines
In house anesthesia available
EMR:
Cerner Dictation: Dragon
REQUIREMENTS:
Active PA license
PA DEA
ACLS/BLS Certified
Board Eligible/Certified of Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
Consistent availability
Local to Philadelphia region
