As part of our commitment to excellence we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects within our banking division.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend management of projects within the banking sector. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time within budget and meeting quality standards. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to drive project success and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning execution and closing of projects within the banking sector covering various financial domains such as Trade Finance Cash Management Treasury Asset Management MIS eChannels Cards Risk and API s.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Direct and mentor project teams providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Monitor project progress and performance proactively identifying and addressing issues or risks that may impact project delivery.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership clients vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies maintaining a strong focus on risk management and governance.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.

Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion delivering results on time and within budget.

Extensive knowledge of financial products and services with specific expertise in areas such as Trade Finance Cash Management Treasury Asset Management MIS eChannels Cards Risk and API s.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.

Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
