**Job Title: Site Coordinator**
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Site Planning & Coordination:** Develop and implement site plans ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize site resources and activities.
2. **Customer Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries feedback and requests. Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
3. **Report Writing:** Prepare detailed and accurate reports on site activities including progress reports incident reports and financial reports. Present findings to management and stakeholders as needed.
4. **Billing:** Oversee billing processes related to site operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
5. **Team Handling:** Lead and supervise a team of site personnel including technicians and support staff. Provide guidance training and support to team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork.
6. **Budgeting and Cost Control at Site:** Manage site budgets and expenses ensuring costeffective operations. Monitor costs identify areas for savings and implement cost control measures as needed.
7. **Computer Modelling:** Utilize computer modeling software such as Google Earth for site planning analysis and visualization. Use modeling tools to optimize site layouts and resource allocation.
**Skills & Competency Required:**
1. **Experience of Cathodic Protection System for Pipelines:** Demonstrated experience in designing installing and maintaining cathodic protection systems for pipelines to prevent corrosion.
2. **Experience of AC Interference Study on Pipelines:** Proficiency in conducting AC interference studies to assess the impact of alternating currents on pipeline integrity.
3. **Experience of DC Interference Study on Pipelines:** Ability to conduct DC interference studies to evaluate the effects of direct currents on pipeline safety and performance.
4. **Conversant with Google Earth Software:** Proficiency in using Google Earth software for site mapping geospatial analysis and project planning.
5. **Conversant with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint):** Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications for creating reports analyzing data and preparing presentations.
6. **Report Writing Skills:** Strong writing skills to prepare clear concise and professional reports for internal and external audiences.
7. **Open to Travelling:** Willingness to travel to various site locations for project meetings inspections and coordination activities.
8. **Communication and Writing Skill English and Hindi:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
9. **Email Communication Skills:** Strong email communication skills for professional correspondence and timely response to inquiries and requests.
