Customer Care Executive

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with customer account management including processing orders updating information and managing subscriptions.
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.

• Any Graduate male or female.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and Bengali.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
