Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with customer account management including processing orders updating information and managing subscriptions.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate male or female.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and Bengali.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
