Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an EntryLevel D2C Operations Executive. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ecommerce and eager to learn about the operational aspects of managing directtoconsumer channels. The EntryLevel D2C Operations Executive will assist in various aspects of order processing inventory management and customer engagement contributing to the success of our D2C operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Assist in processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently.

Learn to navigate the order management system and follow established procedures for order fulfillment ensure orders are processed within specified timelines and meet quality standards.

Inventory Management:

Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment and cycle counting.

Learn to maintain accurate inventory records and assist in monitoring stock levels. Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies as they arise.

Logistics Support:

Aid in coordinating with shipping carriers to arrange timely shipment of orders. Assist in tracking shipments and updating customers on the status of their orders.

Learn to address shippingrelated issues and communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates.

Customer Engagement:

Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders shipping or product information.

Assist in monitoring customer feedback and escalating any issues to the appropriate team members.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist in maintaining documentation related to D2C operations including order records inventory reports and shipping documents.

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of D2C channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management or a related field.

Previous experience in ecommerce operations directtoconsumer sales or related fields preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ecommerce platforms and inventory management systems preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
