Job Title: AI Architect / Lead Gen AI Application Development
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect / Lead with expertise in AI Application development in Cloud Environments (GCP / AWS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and handson experience with AI Python React for frontend development or NodeJS for backend development. Who has experience/knowledge on leveraging GenAI frameworks (LangChain/OpenAI/Vertex/HuggingFace).
Responsibilities:
Develop highlevel solution architectures that address business needs while considering factors such as scalability performance security and maintainability.
Lead and manage a team of engineers and data scientists. Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members to ensure highquality and efficient development practices.
Ensure that technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Implement processes and procedures for code reviews testing and quality assurance to minimize errors and defects.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies tools and frameworks to determine their suitability for the organizations technical ecosystem. Make recommendations for technology adoption or replacement based on evaluation outcomes.
Define and enforce coding standards architectural principles and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability across projects and development teams.
Requirements:
Overall IT industry experience of 8 to 10 years.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ Gen AI application development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Application Developer/Lead/Manager/Architect roles.
Good understanding of LLM/GenAI concepts including Prompt Engineering Finetuning RAG application development
HandsOn Experience with Cloud (GCP/AWS) based Full Stack Application Development.
Strong proficiency in writing code (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript)
Handson experience with Front End ReactJS Bootstrap/Tailwind
Handson experience with BackEnd Application (Python FastAPI/Flask or NodeJS)
Understanding of using LangChain frameworks
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of Data Engineering concepts is a plus

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 5+ years of experience in preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents. Excellent in written and communication skills in English. Experience in reviewing the user interface (UI), partner with UX designers to suggest ways to make the UI intuitive, and provide content that can be embedded in the UI. Experience in performing independent research to understand a product and the needs of customers and stakeholders. Experience in using tools like Microsoft Office. Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural, and reference information. Understands software terminology and has basic knowledge of working with software development teams. Experience working in an agile environment. Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
