Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial assessments modeling and internal audit processes.
• Develop budgets forecasts and reports on region/business unit performance.
• Provide strategic fiscal advice to region/business unit leaders.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Complete costing activities and variance analysis to improve financial performance.
• Support field operations by analyzing and interpreting operational/financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelors degree in finance business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning.
