We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Entry Level Technical Support Specialist for a remote position. This role requires a strong understanding of technical support excellent communication skills and a desire to assist customers with solving technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical support to customers via phone email or chat
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborating with the team to continuously improve support processes and procedures
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and timely support
Applicants must be located in the United States and have a strong knowledge of computer systems software and hardware.
Previous experience in technical support is preferred but not required.
