- Were searching for a passionate and driven professional to take the manufacturing operations to the next level. Ownership is physically expanding this location due to business growth and is looking for a driven professional to help drive all aspects of the business.
- The team is currently less than 20 employees however the organization is looking to continue growing and will lean on this Director for hiring based on needs.
- This role will report directly to ownership/CEO.
- Consistently maintains a highlevel of quality while maximizing speed and efficiency. This is a critical aspect of the business as there is a short lead time.
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards by which the companys efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Reviews analyzes and evaluates business procedures.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve daytoday operations.
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Oversees manufacturing purchasing and sales departments ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
- Plans directs controls implements evaluates monitors and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
- Communicates and explains new directives policies or procedures to managers; for major changes meets with entire operations staff to explain changes answer questions and maintain morale.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations engineering technology and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more costeffective business processes.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees customers industry and community.
- Participates in the hiring and training of departmental managers.
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental managers.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- 7 years in a production management environment working with metals.
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout multiple levels of an organization
- Technical aptitude experience overseeing machine setups repairs and plant layout for maximum efficiency and output.
