Description:
Supports the administration of warranty processes throughout the North America fleet
Engages internal and external stakeholders in order to drive warranty topics forward (operations finance legal engineering etc.)
Establishes warranty obligations for a given site or customer
Ability to find solutions to complex problems
Analysis and resolution of customer warranty claims
Supports the drafting of warranty agreements
Required knowledge/experience:
Contract management
Customer facing
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Strong oral and written communication
Proficiency in IT and Microsoft office tools
Team player and collaborator at various level of corporate structures
Interest and ability to learn

Hybrid position must be able to train on site and work 23 days a week in office.
