Job Description

Overview:

As a Guest Relation at our organization your role is crucial in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be the primary point of contact for guests addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with checkin and checkout procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Provide information about local attractions and amenities
  • Ensure guest feedback and complaints are addressed and resolved effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area
  • Handle telephone and email communications with guests
  • Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Assist in creating and updating guest service procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the guest experience
  • Assist in managing special events and VIP guests
  • Adhere to security and privacy policies to ensure guest confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customerfacing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software
  • Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and diversity
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Teamoriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Certification in customer service training is a plus
