Overview:
As a Guest Relation at our organization your role is crucial in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be the primary point of contact for guests addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with checkin and checkout procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Provide information about local attractions and amenities
- Ensure guest feedback and complaints are addressed and resolved effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area
- Handle telephone and email communications with guests
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
- Participate in training and development programs
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service
- Assist in creating and updating guest service procedures and policies
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the guest experience
- Assist in managing special events and VIP guests
- Adhere to security and privacy policies to ensure guest confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customerfacing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and diversity
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Teamoriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Certification in customer service training is a plus
