Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural designs and highly detailed drawings
• Develop project specifications and budgets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Licensure as a Professional Architect
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Indepth knowledge of building codes and regulations
