Manufacturing Recruiter

Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience;
  
• 2 years of Semi conductors and manufacturing recruitment experience;
  
• Applicant Tracking System experience
  
• 2 years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping recruitment strategies and Boolean searches;
  
• Bachelor s degree;
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit;
  
• Strong work ethic integrity and personal accountability;
  
• Ability to adapt in a fastpaced continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;
