You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Junior IT Specialist the primary responsibilities of this role include providing technical support to end users troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues and managing network and system administration tasks. This position will require a strong understanding of IT systems and applications as well as excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Junior IT Specialist include:
Providing technical support to end users through phone email or remote assistance
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices
Installing and configuring software applications and network equipment
Performing system upgrades and maintenance tasks
Managing user accounts and permissions on various IT systems
Monitoring and maintaining network security and data protection measures
Assisting with IT asset management and inventory tracking
Collaborating with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
Documenting IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background in IT support and administration as well as a relevant degree in computer science or a related field. Candidates must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
In addition candidates must be residents of the United States and have the legal right to work in the country.
