Experience 38 Years Experience of selling premium flats / high end products like luxury cars / branded products / overseas real estate etc will be preferred
Role : Deep understanding of real estate domain & norms. Initiate & build relationships with B2B & B2C merchants. Building an excellent network of Channel Partners Handling Agent related issues. Setting up targets for Brokers and reviewing their performance. Candidates would be responsible for lead generation and reaching the targets and goals set establishing maintaining and expanding the customer base and increasing business opportunities through lead generation & various routes like brokers channel partners to the market. Identifying Potential Channel Partners and should have good knowledge of the local market. Should be able to gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Design roadmap that forecasts and prioritizes strategic sourcing project demand based on collected business intelligence data analysis and industry insights.
Attending customer walkins greeting and showing them the audio video and project presentation
Taking customers to the site visit
Following up with the customer to close the booking
Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues customer access construction related issues coordination with projects team etc.
Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal
