Job Description

Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of the organization. They are responsible for assisting the manager in executing tasks maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk hiring & Recruitment team handling experience must.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations
  • Lead and motivate team members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory and manage supplies
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff
  • Implement strategies to improve productivity
  • Assist in recruiting and training new employees
  • Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to decisionmaking processes
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for management review
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
