1. Dedicated to focusing on Syspro system with process alignment.
2. Monitor the JOBs and process through system at operational level.
3. Resolving the system related and process related issues.
4. Guiding and monitoring the frontline team at operational level.
5. Focus on new implements like MOM MRP Sales process.
6. Truly and completely system related.
7. One point contact for the system related advice.
8. Monitoring system with 360degree views.
9. Adding the value addition to operation through system process.
10. Eliminate the process gaps in line with Syspro.
11. Coordinate the training on the new developments.
12. Fresh up and brush up training on the process.
