Junior Product Designer

Responsibilities1. Collaborate with the product design team to understand and translate the UX vision into compelling UI designs.2. Collaborate with Product Managers to solve usability issues by designing intuitive usercentered experiences focusing on workflows and interaction models.3. Create highfidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma.4. Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.5. Collaborate with frontend developers to establish and refine a design system enhancing the efficiency and consistency of our product development process and ultimately contributing to faster product shipping.6. Work across multiple products managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.7. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members across different departments ensuring alignment and understanding of design decisions.8. Stay uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies.Requirements1. 13 years of demonstrated experience in product design.2. A portfolio showcasing strong design skills (both UX and UI) in a case study format.3. Proficiency in designing and prototyping with Figma.4. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) or experience with no/lowcode tools with a willingness to learn and apply these skills in a product context.5. Ability to work closely with developers to understand technical constraints and collaborate on feasible design solutions.6. Strong problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail.7.
